This part of GB/T5226 specifies the technical requirements for the safety and acceptance of machine tool electrical equipment and systems (referred to as "electrical equipment"). This section applies to machine tool electrical equipment and systems. Note 1: The machine tool electrical equipment and systems referred to in this section generally include electrical equipment and systems for metal cutting machine tools, woodworking machine tools, forging machine tools, etc. Examples of machine tools are given below, but are not limited to the examples given: a) Lathes (including: manually operated lathes without CNC system or with CNC system with limited functions, CNC machine tools, CNC lathes and turning centres, single or multiple Spindle automatic lathe); b) Milling machine (including: boring machine); c) Machining center; d) Planer; e) Drilling machine; f) Grinding machine; g) Gear processing machine tool; h) Laser processing machine tool; i) Electrical processing machine tool (not (including discharge circuit parts); j) Cold metal sawing machine tools; k) Shearing machine tools; l) Hydraulic bending machine tools; m) Hydraulic and pneumatic pressure machine tools; n) Circuits that use electric energy directly as tools should not be included in the scope of this section Inside. Note 2: The electrical equipment referred to in this section includes machine tool electrical equipment, electronic equipment and programmable electronic equipment, and the system includes electrical control systems and digital control systems (CNC systems). Note 3: The electrical equipment and systems described in this section start from the power supply introduction point of the machine tool electrical equipment. Note 4: This section applies to electrical equipment and systems and their components whose nominal voltage does not exceed AC1000V or DC1500V, and the rated frequency does not exceed 200Hz.
