This standard specifies the definition, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of Cantonese-style original soy sauce. This standard is applicable to the production, inspection and sales of Cantonese-style original brewed soy sauce products using high-salt dilute brewing technology. It is not applicable to Cantonese-style original brewed soy sauce products produced using low-salt solid-state brewing technology.
