Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for self-monitoring of solid waste incineration and pollution discharge units, the basic content and requirements for the development of monitoring plans, information recording and reporting. This standard is applicable to solid waste incineration and pollutant discharge units that carry out self-monitoring of water and gas pollutants, solid waste, noise and the impact on the quality of the surrounding environment during the production and operation stage. This standard also applies to self-monitoring of self-built solid waste incineration facilities, except where the technical guidelines for self-monitoring of industrial pollutant discharge units have been stipulated. This standard does not apply to cement industry sewage discharge units that use cement kilns to collaboratively dispose solid waste.
