This standard stipulates the work procedures and overall requirements for the acceptance of completed environmental protection facilities in petroleum refining industry construction projects, and proposes the procedures for initiating acceptance, self-inspection of acceptance, preparation of acceptance monitoring plan, implementation of acceptance monitoring and inspection, and preparation of acceptance monitoring report (form) skills requirement. This standard is applicable to the acceptance of environmental protection facilities upon completion of petroleum refining industry construction projects. In petroleum refining industry construction projects, the acceptance of completed environmental protection facilities for self-provided thermal power generating units (plants) shall be carried out in accordance with HJ/T255, and the acceptance of completed environmental protection facilities of docks and other ecological impact projects shall be carried out in accordance with HJ/T394. (Other contents not specified in the official standards of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment shall be implemented in accordance with the "Technical Guidelines for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Completed Construction Projects on Pollution Impact Category" Report No. 9, 2018).
