Scope
This part of GB/T 20720 describes manufacturing operations management (Layer 3) and its activities, the interface content and related transactions within Layer 3 and between Layer 3 and Layer 4. This description enables integration between the manufacturing operations and control domain (Layer 3, Layer 2, and Layer 1) and the enterprise domain (Layer 4). Briefly describe the interface content between Layer 3 and Layer 2. The purpose is to enhance the uniformity and consistency of interface terminology and reduce the risks, costs and errors associated with implementing these interfaces. This section can be used to reduce the effort associated with implementing new product offerings. Its purpose is to make enterprise systems and control systems interoperable and easy to integrate. This section is applicable to: a) Introduction to the manufacturing enterprise field and manufacturing operation and control field; b) Defining three hierarchical models: functional hierarchical model, role-based equipment hierarchical model and physical asset hierarchical model; c) Enumeration and manufacturing operation and control Functions related to the interface between functions and enterprise functions; d) Describe the information shared between manufacturing operations and control functions and enterprise functions.
