- This standard specifies the accounting indicators for station site selection and design fees, station site condition survey fees, civil engineering fees, station equipment fees, project management fees and other expenses for the construction of strong motion station projects. This standard is applicable to the preparation and approval of budgets for new single projects of fixed stations with strong vibrations in free sites under normal circumstances. It does not include project feasibility study, preliminary design, project bidding, operation and maintenance and other special expenses. Strong vibration station reconstruction and expansion projects and strong vibration observation dedicated station/array construction projects can be used as a reference.
