- This document provides the methods, procedures and technical requirements for earthquake damage assessment based on strong vibration records, and stipulates the content of the assessment report. This document is suitable for assessing the destructive force of earthquakes based on strong vibration records after the occurrence of destructive earthquakes, and recommends high-rise reinforced concrete frame shear wall or reinforced concrete shear wall structures, multi-layer reinforced concrete frames or steel structures with flat elevation layout rules. Calculation models and parameters of frame structures, masonry structures and civil structures. For other structural types, special studies should be carried out.
