Scope
This document describes the measurement methods of optical parameters such as photometric, radiometric and chromatic parameters of high-power LEDs (HP-LEDs). This document applies to laboratory optical measurements of HP-LEDs with junction temperature as reference temperature. This document is applicable to the optical measurement of visible light HP-LED, and the optical measurement of non-visible light LED can refer to this document. This document applies to the optical measurement of DC-powered single-core and multi-core HP-LEDs [such as high-voltage LEDs (HV-LEDs) and LEDs on substrate (COB)]. LED This document does not apply to optical measurements of LED products such as AC-driven LEDs, organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), LED modules, LED light engines, LED lamps, and LED luminaires.
