- This standard specifies the technical data, operating environment, metal structure, main components, mechanism, electrical, safety protection devices and test inspection content, technical requirements and methods of electric hoist used as a lifting mechanism for lifting molten metal. The standard applies to the supervision, inspection and periodic inspection of the following lifting equipment: LD and LX electric single-girder cranes for metallurgy with a lifting capacity of less than 10 tons and LH electric hoist bridge cranes; Electric hoists with a lifting capacity of less than 10 tons are used as lifting mechanism cranes. Gantry cranes for transporting molten metal; wire rope electric hoists and chain electric hoists for transporting molten metal with a lifting capacity of less than 10 tons.
