- This standard specifies the classification, appearance quality, type size, tolerances, test items, general technical requirements for rubber materials, performance parameters, test methods, and inspection rules of rubber elastic components used for rolling stock reduction. This standard applies to rubber elastic components and rubber-metal elastic components and their rubber materials used for shock absorption, buffering and flexible connections in rolling stock.
