Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the design, construction, acceptance, operation and maintenance of caustic soda and polyvinyl chloride industrial wastewater treatment projects. This standard is applicable to caustic soda and polyvinyl chloride industrial wastewater treatment projects of enterprises whose main products are caustic soda and polyvinyl chloride. It can be used as a basis for environmental impact assessment of caustic soda and polyvinyl chloride industrial construction projects, design and construction of environmental protection facilities, and completion of construction projects.
