Scope: This standard specifies the classification, structure and basic dimensions, markings, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage of ship liquid cargo shore joints (hereinafter referred to as "shore joints"). This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of pipeline shore joints with a design pressure of 1.6 MPa in the middle header area of tankers.
