- This specification specifies the type, material, structure, location, selection principles and calculation methods of petrochemical pipeline supports and hangers. This specification is applicable to the design of petrochemical steel pipeline supports and hangers. The design of non-ferrous metal pipeline supports and hangers may be used as a reference. This specification does not apply to the design of supports and hangers for non-metallic pipes.
