Scope
This standard specifies the specifications, requirements, sampling, test methods and marking, labeling and packaging requirements for frozen scallops. This standard applies to scallop sticks made from the adductor muscles of Chlamys farreri, Argopecten irradians and Pati nopecten yessoensis, which are washed and frozen.
