- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and basic requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage of canned apples. This standard applies to canned apples made from fresh, plump, moderately mature, high-quality apples as raw materials, which are processed by peeling, pedicles, stems, seed nests, and cutting into cans, added with sugar water, sealed, and sterilized.
