Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of biscuit products. This standard applies to various biscuits made from wheat flour (or glutinous rice flour) as the main raw material, with (or without the addition of) sugar, oil and other auxiliary materials, mixed, shaped and baked.
