Scope
1.0.1 "Unified Provisions on the Contents of Thermal Engineering Design Construction Drawings" (HGIT 20692-2000) is applicable to the design of construction drawings of thermal energy engineering (referred to as thermal engineering) of newly built large and medium-sized chemical enterprises, including thermal power stations, industrial boiler rooms, etc. For the construction drawing design of thermal energy projects of small enterprises, thermal energy projects of technical transformation or expansion of old factories, and other thermal energy projects, these regulations can be implemented with reference to these regulations. All thermal design and construction drawings that are closely related to chemical equipment and go deep into the boundary of chemical equipment should be executed with reference to the relevant documents in the chemical design regulations in order to be consistent with them. 1.0.2 The design documents of construction drawings consist of 1 technical documents: construction drawing design description, design change information, design document directory, design documents and other relevant technical documents. 2 Finished product drawings (i.e. construction drawings): system (flow) drawings, equipment layout drawings, pipeline layout drawings, main pipeline axonometric drawings, non-standard equipment drawings, equipment installation drawings, equipment nozzle orientation drawings, non-standard pipeline layout drawings, Non-standard pipe fittings drawings, pipe bracket drawings, and other finished product drawings. 3. Statistical tables of construction drawings: equipment list, pipeline installation material list, pipe bracket list, spring support and hanger summary table, equipment and pipeline anti-corrosion and insulation list, comprehensive material list, equipment anchor bolt list, and other construction drawing statistical tables. 1.0.3 Writing requirements 1 Writing scope: file directory, design instructions, drawings and tables, etc. 2 Font: Chinese characters use size 5, 6, and 7 imitation Song fonts. Arabic numerals are printed in size 3.5 and 5. English letters are printed in size 3.5 and 5. 3. The writing format of the document description shall be in accordance with the unified format of each design unit. 1.0.4 Overview Part 1 of the Construction Drawing Design Instructions (1) Design basis: For the design of a section of the project or the design of a single project, the design basis can be stated when necessary.
