- This standard starts from the needs of environmental impact assessment of civil airport construction projects and stipulates the general principles, content, methods and requirements for environmental impact assessment of construction projects. This standard applies to the environmental impact assessment projects of new construction, relocation, reconstruction and expansion projects of civil airports (including the civilian part of military-civilian airports).
