- This standard specifies the main technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for electric chain hoists, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements. This standard applies to general-purpose chain hoists, and their organizational working levels should comply with the provisions of JB 5317.1. For special-purpose chain hoists, the single-phase power supply and voltage do not comply with the provisions of Article 3.1.1. Chain hoists with a rated frequency of 60Hz may also refer to this standard.
