- This standard specifies the type and size, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of rod-shaped pillar porcelain insulators for electrostatic precipitators. This standard applies to rod-shaped pillar porcelain insulators for electrostatic precipitators with rated DC voltages of 60, 72, 80, and 100kV, operating temperatures not higher than 200°C, and installation locations at altitudes not exceeding 1,000m.
