Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of split-flow centrifugal oil filters. This standard applies to hydraulically driven split-flow centrifugal oil filters for internal combustion engines of 22 to 735kW (30 to 1000 horsepower).
