Scope

This standard specifies the type, main dimensions, commonly used materials, hydraulic performance, main technical requirements, orifice plate flow, inspection methods, packaging, transportation and storage of orifice plates used in mechanical seal systems. This standard applies to orifice plates for mechanical sealing systems. The basic working parameters are medium, water, oil, chemical liquid, and a small amount of solid impurities are allowed: pressure 0 ~ 6.3 MPa; temperature -20 ~ +200°C, flow rate 3 ~ 30 L/min.
