Scope
This document specifies the classification and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of glass fiber rovings (hereinafter referred to as "rovings"). This document applies to single-ply, ply or direct rovings drawn from E-glass, ECR-glass, R-glass and medium-alkali glass and used primarily as reinforcement for polymer-based composites.
