- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of four-ball friction testing machines. This standard is applicable to a hydraulic four-ball friction testing machine with a maximum capacity of 10kN, which is used to measure the load-carrying and anti-wear capabilities of lubricants in the form of sliding friction under point contact pressure according to GB/T 12583.
