- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and model, materials, structure and safety devices, performance requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and instructions, packaging, transportation and storage of gas volumetric water heaters (hereinafter referred to as water heaters). This standard applies to gas volumetric water heaters with a rated heat load less than 100kW and a rated volume less than 500L. The gas referred to in this standard is artificial coal gas, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas specified in GB/T13611.
