Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for third-generation Neinen locomotive diesel engine oil (hereinafter referred to as third-generation oil) prepared with paraffin-based distillate refined oil as the base oil and adding various additives. The products covered by this standard are suitable for the lubrication of diesel engines of Dongfeng, Beijing, Dongfeng and other types of internal combustion locomotives.
