Scope

This International Standard specifies the metric port thread sizes corresponding to a recommended range of pneumatic cylinders. Its purpose is to specify appropriate metric port sizes in relation to the bore. By complying with the port thread dimensions in-dicated, a suitable minimum piston speed will be ensured.
