This standard specifies the basic requirements and management guidelines for places, facilities and personnel in the process of raw material procurement, processing, packaging, storage and transportation in the beverage production process. This standard applies to the production of beverages other than packaged drinking water, and does not apply to beverages that are produced and sold on the spot.
