Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, inspection methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of wheat gluten. This standard applies to "wheat gluten" made from wheat flour through a water-wet separation and expansion drying process. Suitable for the production, storage and sales of wheat gluten.
