Scope

This standard specifies the basic characteristics and test methods of digital reactivity instruments for nuclear reactors. This standard applies to all digital online measuring instruments that directly obtain reactivity values by measuring neutron fluence rate (excluding nuclear detectors and cables used with reactivity meters). This standard does not apply to measuring instruments that obtain reactivity values indirectly.
