This part specifies the in-service test requirements for pumps in the nuclear is and of a pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant. This section applies to safety-related centrifugal and positive dis lacement pumps with emergency power supply. This section does not apply to the following equipment: a) Pumps that provide emergency power supply separately for the convenience of operation; b) Pumps that are fixed by brackets as part of other components and have been fully tested and verified.
