This standard stipulates the basic conditions that scenic tourist roads should have and the basic requirements for recreational service facilities along the way. This standard is for reference by local governments, relevant management departments, scenic tourism road planning, design, construction, road administration and other relevant institutions that construct scenic tourism roads.
