Scope
This standard specifies the test methods for oil well cement and cement mixtures under deep water conditions (average water depth greater than 500 m). This standard is applicable to the design and performance evaluation of oil well cement slurry for cementing operations in deep water oil and gas wells. The oil well cement slurry can be based on (but not limited to) the grade and type of oil well cement specified in GB/T 10238.
