Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, order content, dimensions, weight and allowable deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, signs and quality certificates of prestressed hot-dip galvanized steel strands. This standard is applicable to strength grades with diameters of 12.7 mm, 15.2 mm, 15.7 mm, and 17.8 mm used in bridge cables, anchoring tension members, buildings that lift or fix tension members, and other prestressed structures that are not directly in contact with concrete mortar 1770MPa, 1860MPa, 1960MPa low-relaxation prestressed steel strands (hereinafter referred to as "steel strands") composed of seven hot-dip galvanized round steel wires.
