This standard specifies the technical requirements for test verification products (samples) used in online joint testing of process equipment in low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) multilayer substrate production lines. This standard is applicable to intermediate products (samples) used in the equipment assembly line testing process of low-temperature co-fired ceramic multi-layer substrate production lines to test and verify relevant equipment indicators. It is not applicable to final low-temperature co-fired ceramic products with intended uses. .
