- This standard stipulates the principles for dividing primary, secondary and tertiary structural units of petroleum-bearing basins. This standard is applicable to the division of structural units of petroleum-bearing basins with fault-type structure, depression-type structure, foreland structure and craton-type structure. For superimposed oil and gas basins, the basin structure and the basic shape of the exploration target layer can be comprehensively considered and used as a reference.
