Scope

This part of GB/T 32918 specifies the public key encryption algorithm of the SM2 elliptic curve public key cryptography algorithm, and gives an example of message encryption and decryption and the corresponding process. This part applies to the encryption and decryption of messages in commercial cryptography applications. The sender of the message can use the public key of the receiver to encrypt the message, and the receiver can decrypt it with the corresponding private key to obtain the message.
