- This standard specifies the principles for determining high and ultra-high radiation zones in nuclear power plants and the control measures for personnel entry. This standard is applicable to the entry management of high and ultra-high radiation areas under planned exposure conditions of operating nuclear power plants. In principle, the provis ons of this standard can also be referred to for entry control into high and ultra-high radiation areas of decommis ioned nuclear power plants and other nuclear facilities.
