This standard specifies the product classification, spreader model, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of railway communication leakage coaxial cable spreaders (hereinafter referred to as "spreaders"). This standard applies to the design, manufacture and inspection of railway communication leakage coaxial cable spreaders.
