EN ISO 15848-1:2015 Industrial valves - Measurement, test and qualification procedures for fugitive emissions - Part 1: Classification system and qualification procedures for type testing of valves (ISO 15848-1:2015)
This part of ISO 15848 specifies test methods for assessing the external leakage of stem seals of valves, body connections of shut-off valves and actuators for use with volatile air pollutants and hazardous liquids. Connections, vacuum applications, effects of corrosion and irradiation are outside the scope of this part of ISO 15848. This part of ISO 15848 contains a classification system and qualification procedures for the performance of type tests on valves.
