This part of JB/T 5239 specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of spin-on diesel filters for diesel engines. This section applies to spin-on diesel filters (hereinafter referred to as spin-on filters) and spin-on diesel filter assembly with filter seat (hereinafter referred to as spin-on filter assembly) for diesel engines with a rated volume flow rate of less than 3.3 L/min. .
