This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection conditions, inspection rules, marking and packaging of flash image measuring instruments. This standard is applicable to image measuring instruments that do not have an XY moving platform, and the workpiece to be measured (or the measured area of the workpiece) can be completely imaged within the measurement range at one time.
