- This standard specifies the relevant measurement management requirements for civil aviation fuel in the process of procurement, transportation, transfer, storage, and sales, including measurement organization management, measurement equipment management, fuel measurement methods, fuel measurement management, fuel measurement statis ics, and fuel overflow control and record data management requirements. This standard applies to civil aviation fuel measurement management.
