This part of GB 1828l specifies the requirements and test methods for the test microorganisms, suspensions, bacteria-contaminated carriers, and biological indicators intended to evaluate the moist heat sterilization process when moist heat is used as the sterilization medium. The biological indicators specified in this section are suitable for the moist heat sterilization process using dry saturated steam, not suitable for the moist heat sterilization process using air mixture steam.
