This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for metal oxide arrester dis onnectors (hereinafter referred to as dis onnectors) for AC power systems with a rated voltage greater than lkV. This standard only applies to dis onnectors designed to remove the faulty arrester from the AC system and to clearly identify it.
