This standard specifies the test method for the determination of the metal elements silver, gold, calcium, copper, iron, potassium and sodium in nitric acid using atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). This standard is applicable to the determination of trace metal elements in nitric acid (HNO) used in the electronics industry. In this standard, for the content of trace metal ions silver, gold, calcium, copper, iron, potassium and sodium in nitric acid (HNO) between 0.1 mg/L and 1 mg/L, the flame method (FL-AAS) is suitable; for The content is between 0.1 μg/L and 100 μg/L, and it is suitable to use flameless (graphite furnace) atomic absorption method (GF-AAS). When applying this standard to measure nitric acid (HNO) used in the electronics industry, the atomic absorption instrument should be placed in a better working environment; for determination of element content below 100 μg/L, it is recommended to use no less than 100 000 level cleanliness specified in GB 50472 room. This standard does not address safety issues. Users of this standard are responsible for establishing appropriate safety and health provisions and limitations on the scope of use.
