- Scope
- This standard specifies test methods for the determination of lead, phosphorus and zinc using ICP-AES. This standard is applicable to the determination of lead, zinc and phosphorus in gold-copper and gold-nickel solders for electronic devices. The measurement range (mass fraction) is: lead 0.0005% ~ 0.006%, phosphorus 0.0002% ~ 0.002%, zinc 0.001% ~ 0.008% .
