Scope

This standard specifies the EDTA volumetric method for the determination of nickel in gold-nickel solder for electronic devices. This standard is applicable to the determination of nickel content in gold-nickel solder for electronic devices. Determination range (mass fraction): 16.0% ~ 19.0%.
