This standard specifies the terms and definitions of debugging specifications for coal-fired flue gas chemical absorption carbon dioxide capture devices (hereinafter referred to as carbon capture devices), general principles, standards and requirements for start-up debugging, trial operation, quality acceptance and assessment. This standard applies to the commissioning of carbon dioxide capture devices using chemical absorption methods with a carbon dioxide capture capacity of coal-fired flue gas of 1 million tons or less per year. The debugging of other carbon capture technology devices can be implemented as a reference.
