This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of pneumatic long-stroke actuators for industrial process control systems. This standard applies to pneumatic long-stroke actuators (hereinafter referred to as actuators) composed of long-stroke cylinders, brackets and valve positioners.
